Taxidermy

I have two ducks that I would like to get mounted however I'm in Clovis, NM at Cannon AFB and they're aren't any taxidermist here. I was thinking of going into Lubbock, TX I called "Allstar Taxidermy" the guy seemed nice wanted 220 for the redhead and 200 for the wigeon, seemed reasonable. Does anyone know of their work, if so how's the quality ?

I read a review online about these guys and someone took them to court over a taxidermy issue, I was wondering if anyone knew about Harriger Taxidermy

I know of acouple of taxidermists, here in clovis, they are big game taxidermists but i bet we can figure out who they send there birds too! 575-762-7545 or Elite Archery 217 Sycamore st.

I called all the guys in clovis but since they send the birds off it takes 8-9 months to get it back and you have to pay more for the shipping, I think I'm just gonna go to lubbock.

Max at All Star does good work, he definitely is not the quickest, but if you can be patient he can save ya some $...

I looked at All star and there was a review online for them and there was a lawsuit filed against him in small claims court. I still think he would do a good job I gonna check both shops out then decide which one looks better.

I don't reccomend Max at All Star to my worst enemies. I won't say anything bad about the guy but I won't say anything good either. For birds, contact Brett Parker or Josh Beeson. Josh Beeson is a member on HunTTrader so I would hit him up first. Good Luck,

If you're going to Lubbock, take them to Creative Critters, Danny is the best bird guy in that part of the country has won many awards, with his bird mounts. It may take him awhile but if you want the best he's your man.
