Lubbock predator hunting
I’m originally from the Permian basin and down there we have a lot more cover for coyotes, and I actually have successful hunts. Now I am living in Lubbock and have received permission to hunt on some land north of town, but it is mostly plowed fields. The problem I am having is I haven’t had one dog come to any of my calls, and the dogs I am seeing spot me before I can get out of the truck. (dogs about 500 yds out) So any tips or suggestions would be appreciated.
